My Tuition Hub Academy is very happy to introduce Ravi Narsinghani. He is a very skilled math teacher with a lot of experience. He has worked in schools for more than nine years.
He focuses on the International Baccalaureate, or IB. He knows both the Middle Years Programme (MYP) and the Diploma Programme (DP) very well. Ravi lives in Pune now. He is a key part of our teaching team. He is a seasoned educator who has seen many different types of learners. He knows how to help each one of them. He is much more than just a math instructor. Starting a Career As expert IB Math Tutor
Ravi began his teaching career in 2015. He worked at Ahmedabad International School from August 2015 to July 2018. He was a teacher for both MYP and IBDP math. During this time, he helped shape the math curriculum for younger students. This was a very important task. It set the stage for their future math studies. He introduced new ways of teaching to keep students interested. These methods worked very well. Student grades went up. He made math feel exciting for the first time for many.
While at this school, he worked with his team to start the school’s very first IBDP program. This was a big achievement. It built a foundation for the school’s later success. He also acted as a supervisor for the Extended Essay. This is a long research paper that IB students must write. Ravi helped students find topics and write their papers. He made sure their work was of high quality. He guided them through every step of their MYP and IBDP years. He helped them get great results on their internal and external tests.
Leading the Way in Rajkot
In August 2018, Ravi moved to a leadership role. He became the Head of the Mathematics Department at The Galaxy School in Rajkot. He stayed there until July 2022. This role allowed him to guide a team of other teachers. He created a space where teachers could share good ideas. He led the design of the IBDP math program. He looked at lesson plans and how tests were made. This work led to much better scores for the students. He fostered a culture where everyone wanted to do their best.
Being a department head is a big job. Ravi had to make sure everything followed IB standards. He met with teachers often to improve how they taught. He watched how students were doing very closely. If a student was struggling, he made plans to help them. He used data to make these decisions. This means he looked at test scores to see where help was needed. He kept a strong focus on high academic standards. He wanted a school culture where everyone expected the best from themselves and others.
Current Work in Pune
Since July 2022, Ravi has been working at Indus International School in Pune. He teaches math to many different students in the MYP and IBDP programs. He changes his lessons to fit the needs of each student. This is very important in a diverse classroom. He knows that some students learn fast, while others need more time. He helps them all find a deep appreciation for math. He also prepares them for their big reporting cycle exams. He makes sure they are ready for the pressure of final tests.
At this school, he also serves on the examination committee. He helps plan and run all the tests in the school. This is a very precise job. Everything must follow strict rules and protocol. He makes sure the tests are fair and run smoothly. He also teaches special courses in Design Thinking and Innovation. These classes act as a bridge for students. They help them get into the colleges they want. These courses also prepare them for future jobs and business ventures. He helps them think about their future careers.

Ravi uses many cool tools to teach math. He is an expert in using GeoGebra and Desmos. These tools help students see math in a visual way. He also knows how to use Graphic Display Calculators. These are a big part of IB math. He shows students how to use them to solve hard problems quickly. He is also very good at teaching online using MS 365. He creates a virtual classroom where students can talk and learn. Even if they are not in the same room, it feels like they are. He uses technology to make math more engaging. It turns a boring lesson into a fun exploration of the world.
Helping with the IB Core
In the IB program, math is just one part of the journey. There are other big parts like Internal Assessments (IA) and Theory of Knowledge (TOK). Ravi is an expert in all of them. He helps students with their IA projects. These are long papers where students apply math to a real-life topic. He also helps with the Personal Project and the Extended Essay. These take a lot of research and writing skill. Ravi knows exactly what the IB examiners are looking for in a final paper.
He also teaches students about the SAT and Advanced Placement (AP) tests. These are tests that help students go to college in the USA. He helps them prepare for the math parts of these tests. He knows the tricks and tips to get a high score. He also guides them through TOK. This is a class where students think about how we know things. Strong Academic Background
Ravi has a very strong education himself. He holds a Master of Science in Mathematics. He earned this degree from Kadi Sarva Vishwavidhyalaya in Gandhinagar. This gave him deep knowledge of calculus, statistics, and algebra. Before that, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics. This degree was from Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University in Patan. These degrees mean he knows the pure side of math very well. He has a solid foundation in the science of numbers.
He also earned a Bachelor of Education from Gujarat University. This degree focused on how to teach math and science. It helped him learn how students’ minds work. He learned how to plan lessons that really reach people. He combined his math knowledge with his teaching skills. This is why he is such a good tutor today. He continues to learn every day. He attends many workshops and conferences. This keeps him aware of the newest trends in education. He always brings fresh ideas to his students.
