Sudeep Dular Accounts & Business Tutor

I am Sudeep Dular, an experienced and energetic tutor with the knowledge, skill, and understanding of a range of teaching, learning, assessment, and behaviour management strategies

needed to make a positive impact on the progress of students. Over the years, I’ve come to value not only the academic growth of my students but also their personal confidence and motivation. I possess an open-minded and self-motivated attitude, and I believe this is what helps me drive students to fulfil their potential.

Teaching has always been more than just a profession for me—it’s something I approach with both energy and curiosity. My classrooms are not about rigid routines; they are about encouraging students to ask questions, challenge ideas, and find creative ways of expressing themselves.

Sudeep Dular’s Career Goal

For me, teaching is a professional career that is imaginative and includes several artistic mediums to inspire students. I have always believed that students connect better when learning is not only about textbooks but also about real-life examples, stories, and even creativity.

Another important part of my career goal is to offer the practical knowledge and experience I gained during my previous corporate career. I know what it’s like to work in demanding industries like banking, finance, and research, and I make it a point to bring those real-world insights into the classroom. This makes learning more relatable and helps my students understand why the concepts they study matter beyond exams.

Academic Qualifications

  • CA Inter (With ICAI articleship training)

  • L.L.B – University campus, University of Rajasthan, Jaipur

  • MBA (Finance) – Visvesvaraya Technological University, Bangalore

  • M.Com. (Accountancy & Business Statistics) – University of Rajasthan, Jaipur

  • B.Com. (Accountancy & Business Statistics) – University of Rajasthan, Jaipur

My academic journey has been a mix of finance, law, and commerce. Each qualification gave me not only technical knowledge but also different ways of thinking. My CA Inter training honed my attention to detail, my MBA in Finance helped me understand global financial systems, and my LL.B. gave me a perspective on rules, structures, and governance. Together, these academic experiences shaped the way I teach—grounded in rigor, but always connected to practical application.

Teaching Experience

B.K. Gadia Junior College and DG Khetan International School, Malad, Mumbai
Lecturer for A-level and IGCSE curriculum (Jan 2017 – Apr 2025)

  • Taught A-level Accounting and Business.

  • Taught IGCSE Accounting and Business Studies.

  • Conducted regular assessments, reporting on student strengths and areas for improvement.

Teaching at DG Khetan International School has been one of the highlights of my career. Working with A-level and IGCSE students allowed me to see how international curriculums demand a balance of conceptual clarity and critical thinking. I still remember one batch of A-level students who struggled with interpreting case studies. Instead of just drilling them with theory, I designed mock “business board meetings” in class. Students took on roles—CEO, CFO, marketing head—and had to justify decisions. Not only did their grades improve, but their confidence in applying concepts soared.

Evelyn Learning Systems Pvt Ltd
Content Writer (Jun 2016 – Dec 2016)

  • Created plagiarism-free content for finance and management subjects.

Writing academic content gave me an eye for precision. I often had to explain difficult finance and management concepts in clear, simple words. That practice now helps me simplify tough topics for students in the classroom.

Mewar Girls College (Rajasthan)
Lecturer (Jul 2015 – May 2016)

  • Taught Accountancy & Company Law.

  • Conducted personality development classes (self-motivation, confidence building).

Here, I realized that teaching is not only about the syllabus. Many of my students needed confidence more than anything else. That’s why I included personality development classes—sessions on self-motivation, speaking with confidence, and presenting ideas. Some of my students later told me that these classes helped them as much as their subject lectures.

Kendriya Vidyalaya (KV No.1), Tonk Road, Jaipur
Lecturer (Jul 2011 – Dec 2011)

  • Taught Accountancy, Financial Management & BPO (CBSE syllabus).

Vijay Commerce Classes, Jaipur
Lecturer (Feb 2011 – Aug 2013)

  • Taught Cost Accounting & Financial Management to CA Inter, CS Inter, & B.Com students.

In these early teaching experiences, I worked with a wide range of students—from school learners to professional course aspirants. Each group required a different approach, and this flexibility helped me develop as a teacher.

Core Competences

  • Ability to recognise and nurture student potential through innovative teaching methods.

  • Foster a healthy learning atmosphere and discipline by engaging student interest.

  • Advising students on academic matters and career decisions.

I like to think of my role as both a teacher and a mentor. Over the years, I’ve often had students approach me not just with doubts about their subjects, but with questions about careers, higher education, and even confidence issues. I take these conversations seriously, because I know how much guidance at the right time can impact a young person’s journey.

Corporate Training

Ess Kay Auto Finance Pvt. Ltd (NBFC), Jaipur
Assistant Finance Manager (Trainee), Sep 2013 – Dec 2013

  • Prepared proposals to raise finance (term loan, cash credit).

  • Prepared final accounts.

CA Articleship Training (Sep 2010 – Aug 2013)

  • Performed audits of corporate entities, assisted in audit reports.

This training was rigorous but shaped my work ethic. I often draw on my corporate training when teaching students about business processes. Real-world examples make the subject come alive.

Corporate Experience

JP Morgan, Bangalore
Credit Risk Analyst (Jun 2007 – Jun 2010)

  • Supported Global Credit Risk Management in setting up credit lines for trading derivatives, forex, and securities.

  • Monitored credit over-limits.

Thomson-Reuters, Bangalore
Research Analyst, Fixed Income Division (Feb 2006 – Jun 2007)

  • Analysed and maintained fixed income securities data.

Working in large organizations like JP Morgan and Thomson-Reuters taught me how global systems function. These experiences also gave me plenty of real-life examples to share with students. I often tell them about how risk analysis at JP Morgan worked or how fixed income data was tracked at Thomson-Reuters—it makes theory less abstract and more alive.

Key Accomplishments

  • Groomed students for MUN conferences as an advisor.

  • Completed a critical project ahead of deadline, received recognition from Thomson Financial, London.

  • Delivered quarterly presentations on derivatives and banking systems.

One of my proudest teaching moments was preparing students for MUN (Model United Nations). Many of them had never spoken in front of a large audience before. After weeks of practice, watching them confidently represent their committees felt like a victory not just for them, but for me too.

Project Work

Project: Financial performance analysis of The UCB Limited, Jaipur

  • Objective: Analyze financial aspects of the bank.

  • Methodology: Collected primary data from bank records.

  • Outcome: Understood business goals, financial structure, and product features.

This project gave me hands-on exposure to financial data analysis. It was not just an academic exercise—it taught me how to interpret numbers in the context of a business’s bigger picture.

Extra-Curricular Activities
  • Represented the college cricket team as captain in university tournaments.

  • Long-distance swimmer & marathon runner; participated in major marathons across India.

Sports and fitness have always been an important part of my life. Leading my college cricket team taught me leadership and teamwork, while long-distance running keeps me disciplined and focused even today. I often encourage my students to balance academics with sports and other activities, because I know firsthand how much it shapes character.
